Vườn Sala Charity Fund Presents 2023 – 2024 School Year Scholarships to Students Overcoming Hardship

With the support of the school boards, the Vườn Sala Charity Fund had the opportunity to attend the closing ceremonies of the 2023 – 2024 school year and to present scholarships to poor students who strive to overcome hardship at the following schools:

  • Trường THCS và THPT Mỹ Bình (Long An Province): 7 scholarships
  • Trường THCS và THPT Mỹ Quý (Long An Province): 12 scholarships
  • Trường THCS Hoài Hải (Bình Định Province): 14 scholarships

The 2023 – 2024 school year has officially come to a close with meaningful year-end ceremonies held in a solemn and warm atmosphere at each school. At Trường THCS và THPT Mỹ Bình, the ceremony was held together with the ceremony receiving the school's national-standard recognition certificate.

During the ceremonies, the representative of the Vườn Sala Charity Fund, Venerable Thích Tánh Mẫn, shared a few words and encouraged the students to study well for a bright future. We hope this support gives the students more motivation to rise up in life and in their studies, and to achieve even greater success in the future.

This is a meaningful annual activity that expresses the Vườn Sala Charity Fund's care for the young shoots of the country's future, thereby contributing to the schools' work of educating people.

The Vườn Sala Charity Fund thanks the generous benefactors and the school boards who worked with us to carry out this programme. The funds raised are truly modest, but we do our very best to carry the benefactors' kindness to the students, to help them in some part and to encourage them on their path of overcoming hardship.

For this reason, we very much hope to continue receiving the support of benefactors, and the cooperation of schools (especially schools in remote areas) and parents, so that we can find the students who truly deserve these scholarships.
