On the afternoon of 20 September 2026 (the 10th day of the 8th lunar month), Vườn Sala held the programme Mid-Autumn Comes to the Hamlet (Trung Thu Về Ấp) – Full Moon Festival 2026, for the children of Xóm Mới hamlet, An Nhơn Tây commune.

Attending were Venerable Thích Tánh Mẫn, founder and director of Vườn Sala; Ms Nguyễn Thị Bích Liễu, Party Secretary of the hamlet; Ms Nguyễn Thị Ngọc Bích, Head of Xóm Mới hamlet; together with Buddhist followers, benefactors, Vườn Sala volunteers, and many parents and children of the hamlet.

An afternoon of celebration

According to the schedule, the programme began at 3:00 pm by welcoming the children. It included activities and exchanges, games, performances and the giving of Mid-Autumn gifts – simple joys so that the children could enjoy a warm full-moon festival.

Mid-Autumn gifts

Mid-Autumn gifts were handed to the children of the hamlet in person, together with kind words and bright smiles.

Vườn Sala thanks the Xóm Mới hamlet authorities, Buddhist followers, benefactors and volunteers for joining hands to bring Mid-Autumn to the children.
