With Gratitude to the International Buddhist Documentation Translation Centre – Vĩnh Nghiêm Bookshop

Vườn Sala sincerely thanks the leadership of the International Buddhist Documentation Translation Centre (Trung tâm Biên phiên dịch Tư liệu Phật giáo Quốc tế) – Vĩnh Nghiêm Bookshop for their care and support: they offered 100 sets of the bilingual English–Vietnamese books “Từng Bước Học Phật” as gifts for the retreatants of the Theo Dấu Chân Bụt (In the Buddha's Footsteps) retreat, 2nd edition.

The Organising Committee of the Theo Dấu Chân Bụt retreat (2nd edition), and especially its Deputy Head, respectfully express their deep gratitude to the International Buddhist Documentation Translation Centre – Vĩnh Nghiêm Bookshop, who joyfully offered 100 sets of the bilingual English–Vietnamese books “Từng Bước Học Phật” to all the retreatants.

This is not only a most meaningful gift of the Dharma, but also a continuation and spreading of the Blessed One's teaching to young people on the path of learning the Dharma, practising it and applying it in daily life. Every set of books offered is a wholesome seed that helps nourish right view, strengthen faith in the Triple Gem and open a mind of learning in the retreatants.

The Theo Dấu Chân Bụt retreat (2nd edition) was held for the first time at Tịnh xá Trung Tâm (Bình Lợi Trung Ward, Ho Chi Minh City). The companionship and generous support of the Centre and the Bookshop were a great encouragement to the Organising Committee and helped make the retreat complete and meaningful. Once again, as Director of the Theo Dấu Chân Bụt retreat, we respectfully remember the merit of the International Buddhist Documentation Translation Centre – Vĩnh Nghiêm Bookshop.

May the blessings of the Triple Gem protect the Centre and the Bookshop so that they continue to flourish, remaining a bridge that brings the Buddha's teaching to readers near and far, for the benefit of all beings and the illumination of the true Dharma.
